I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the experience, staff were friendly and facial was very nice. Left with a very nice glow and the therapist I had took her time to explain each step. Would defintely go back and recommend this salon.
I was very happy with everything, the place could be miss judged because of the location (in the middle of china town main street) but the service was very good and I ended with a great new look :)
Salon very unkept and shabby but the girl who massaged me was fantastic. Would go again because of treatment. Receptionist not very responsive or welcoming or helpful. The prices are fair and seem less than in other places in Soho. Had I not had a voucher from Wahanda would have never ventured into this studio

Making the appointment was easy, hassle free and took 3 minutes only a few days before.
The place is slap bang in the middle of China Town on the main street with all the Chinese Restaurant. You need to go to the 2nd floor of the building but there is a strange dark asian man standing outside who speaks bad English manning the doors asking if you have an appointment. I don't know what that was all about.
When you get up the stairs and you see the venue you can see that it is not particularly trendy or new, it looks like it could do with a lick of paint. The toilets are also a bit grim and there seems to be a Chinese woman who lives in there who is quite snappy. 'Use Gentleman toilet - its OK'. Except there was pee on the seat and no loo roll. And I'm not a man.
The Chinese cool looking boyish girl with spikey bleached hair washed my hair good, I was pleased. Then the Chinese hairdresser cut & trimmed my split ends off. He was fast, accurate and a man of very few words but he got the job done.
Then that was it. I was in there all of 40 mins. As I went with a voucher + £5 discount, I only paid £15 which is cheaper than going to a work at home hairdresser so I was pleased with the price.
very friendly staff and a great central location. Went for the Chinese massage so did hurt a bit but supposed to. Really good value for money and will definitely use again.
