On a day out with a friend we went to a show then booked in to finish off with a massage before traveling home, the slow was fab but the massage beat it hands down. I have a bad back and although it was a short 1/2 hour back massage it did me wonders hope they do some more value deals as I will be booking again as will my friend.
A facial is a bit of a treat, finding the time, fitting it in and paying! Elegant Studio makes all this a bit better, as easy to find, efficient service but get organised with booking yourself in, great location and team. Good to find a facial deal available as with all this winter heating we all need a bit of rehydration, I certainly do!
I didn't realise it was in China town, I was informed that the guinot facial was unavailable that day so we booked in for an aromatherapy massage ... It was done with Baby Oil !
That said the massage was Thai massage and it was really good. Great pressure and i defy anyone to leave still knotted up.
Well it was extremely busy in there that I had to perch on a stool for 15minutes and then only did the guy at reception ask me what I was there for. He then got confused as to whether I was getting a facial or massage so I had to wait another 5minutes while they set up. The up side was the therapist was very good at traditional thai massage as she was from Northern Thailand and trained in a hospital there but the room itself was a bit noisy which ruined the ambience. Overall I wouldn't recommend it for some quiet time but is very good for a quick massage to stretch and get rid of some unwanted knots.
Arrived at Chinese New Year so it was bustling both indoors and out! A little bit cramped inside but overall good ambience and the therpaist was nice, came away with lovely smooth skin. Would recommend.
