The location was a bit random (hair salon in chinatown) and it felt like a slightly dodgy massage parlour but the massage itself was good value and nice and relaxing.
This was a gift voucher deal for my daughter. At the fantastic low wahanda voucher price, it's hard to carp about anything. I booked an aromatherapy massage for her. Unfortunately, she received quizzical looks when announcing this on arrival and ended up getting what she considered to be a Thai massage! In any event, she enjoyed it and had no complaints about anything. An average adequate massage experience.
the salon was a bit difficult to find amongst the bustle of China town, but once I got into the lift the directions were pretty clear. The chap manning the reception was very pleasant and I did not have to wait long even though I was early. The lady giving the massage was quite sweet and urged me to relax. She had really strong hands and eased up the pressure whenever I asked. All in all, it was good value for money, 30 min for 10 pounds.
On the day of my appointment, the provider was quite polite during the meet/greet and very helpful allowing me to change my treatment; had Singaporean massage instead of a facial.
Also they had a really good storage room for my folding bike.
They wasted no time in introducing my masseur who promptly showed me to my treatment room with a glass of water.
The hour long experience was one I'd never forget as I'd never had anyone stand on my back applying gentle pressure in carefully selected points.
I felt such a relief afterwards, I can not wait for the next wahanda ELEGANT offer.

hustly bustly place
in hear of china town
bit disorganized but once inside they focus on you
poor english though so not a lot of interaction or possibility of giving feedabck; not especially personall
wouldn't go back- more likely to garb a meal there than have a massage or facial!
