Although the hair stylist who carried out my treatment was very sweet, I was utterly disappointed with this permanent waves treatment, which to be frank, did not work. I am not sure if the perming solution that was used was not of a good enough quality, or something else, but having spent £140 on the treatment, I was so excited for the prospect of a gentle wave to my hair. I followed the aftercare instructions and styling instructions, and there is absolutely no difference to my hair, apart from the condition, which is now more frizzy at the ends. My hair colour, which had also been coloured through treatwell, is also ruined and that will now need to be re dyed too. I will not be going back to this Salon, and feel totally abandoned and frustrated having wasted a lot of money with no follow up yet about a solution. :-(

Staff are friendly, my stylist didn't speak English but another hairdresser helped translate. they always treat me well when I go there anyway and it's the only hairdresser that actual gives me the haircut and style I want. definitely would recommend to anyone who had a particular style like myself

Really good massage however they cut it short by 10 minutes which was disappointing
