Reception staff were very accommodating when I had to change my booking a few times.
The salon was basic but adequate. Walls of the treatment room were quite thin so you coudl hear the clients next door. Massage was fine, not amazing but good value for the price paid.
The location of the place is very central so it is convienant but I was not the impressed with the interior of the place. It was an average place that offered a facial through Wahanda at a good price however I ended up paying £10 extra to get the full facial because the voucher was only for a mini facial. I found it odd that the therapist didn't me to take my top off (for the decolte massage) and shoes but then half way through my facial I had to get up to take off me top for the massage. She did put music on like you would expect but then the cd kept skipping so that was turned off and all I could hear was the up beat music from the hair salon next door. Overall it was an ok experience.
Slightly random and seedy hair salon in Chinatown. Staff were helpful and friendly enough, though a little bit hard to understand. The surroundings were a bit cheap and tacky, and getting undressed for the massage was made uncomfortable by the presence of the masseuse! Massage itself was pretty good, though the masseuse didn't communicate with us enough. Cheap and cheerful, though not something we would probably repeat!
I had a good experience at Elegant, staff are very friendly and flexible I could not find the place at first and had to ring them, the receptionist guide me over the phone to find the place. I ended up arriving few minutes late for my appointment but they seemed to be ok with it. Massage treatment was very good, the music though was not very relaxing and the location is a bit busier than I would choose to go for a massage but hey ho their price is especatular. Recommended!
