The venue was in midst China Town, the cleanliness was ok. It was very busy there. Unfortunately the therapist didn't communicate well, so I didn't know what to expect when I received the massage. Overall the staff could have been more friendly. I wouldn't necessarily go back there again.
Haircut was great and so was the colouring. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome. However, it took me a while (and a great effort) to explain to the staff there what I wanted, as they all spoke very poor English.
The welcoming to the salon was very friendly and professional, but the place could use a bit of refurbishment and renewal.
The studio was in China town and I was exprecting something seedy . . . . but the studio was really nice and clean - the staff spoke fluent english.
The staff we very firendly. They had a record of my purchase with Wahanda so I didn't have to explain the voucher I had.
The massage was great value for money and was really impressed with the masseuse's ability to jump on the table during the session for better pressure.
I really enjoyed the massage, the therapist was very nice and professional. The place was easy to find, however the ambience in the massage room could be improved, for instance by turning on nice relaxing music, etc.
First impressions were not the best - one staff member was washing her own hair and I was kept waiting for a while. However, the therapy room itself was peaceful and relaxing and the therapist excellent - calm, very capable and professional. I came away feeling that I had had a real treat and my skin felt great.
