Nice enough people but I always feel nervous to ask them to do something differently because they get so stroppy. I’ve been in there this week and my acrylics are SO thick and chunky. And the only thing I said was “really thin and natural please. Squoval shaped”. My thumbs nails look like doorstops and they’re so sharp at the corners. I asked politely twice to round the corners off but not much happened. They just don’t look nice but I’m always too frightened to say anything. It’s a shame.
