I arrived at the venue 5 minutes before my appointment there was only two people working. They told me to wait for 10 minutes which turned in to twenty. I went out and came back after 30 minutes they took another client between that and I had to wait again. The technician was not washing her hands between clients or Sanitising. She was so harsh with me. I showed her the nails I want they were so simply and they colour is so common and she said they don’t have it I had to walk out without polish

The nails were lovely, but customer service is absolutely poor, nail glue was also left on my nails and I got cuts from the drill being put to close to my skin, won’t be coming again.
