I didn’t get seen for 15 minutes after my appointment time with no apology. The samples of different nail colours were filthy in filthy baskets. The table where I was sat was dirty. The technician who did my nails was seeing to 2 other people at the same time and disappeared for chunks of time doing other people’s nails. The sink I washed my hands in was dirty. The shape and polish was fine but the technician filed my nails so aggressively that it split one of them.
