I wasn't expecting a five star experience but it was below standards. The desk and surfaces weren't cleaned between customers, I doubt the scissors or nippers were sterilised, and the drill bit they just took out from a box, used. I was rushed and pressured. As I didn't want an expensive set, they got rid of me super quick. Never mind that the nail polish lasted less than 24hours.

It was a really nice environment. They made sure me and a friend were sitting next to each other and were very friendly. Nails looked amazing.
