The staff are lovely and extremely hard working. They were very busy when I arrived, and despite booking, I had a wait a long time for my treatment to start and again had to wait between each stage whilst they dealt with other clients. It took 2 hours for a mani/pedi with simple polish. The manicure wasn’t the best and my polish chipped the same day. Whilst I was there, other clients complained about the delays and one even left before finishing her nails.

Rude staff - the person who owns it was really disrespectful and shouting across the room, very unrelaxing - wouldn’t recommend

Staff were really rude, got shouted at by the guy who owns it when we went in asking what colours we wanted. Some of the other staff were nicer but they don’t really care about being polite, strong smells of chemicals and generally not good
