I pre booked a gel pedicure and manicure 3 weeks in advance to ensure a smooth experience. However, as time passed, the salon got busy with walk-ins. No one was turned away despite the chairs being full . I could see that the pedicure chairs were full too and expressed my concern that I would be kept longer than I wanted. As a result my toe nails had to be trimmed and filed at the table, dry. What then followed was a rushed pedicure . The results are very poor. I paid £85
