Three people did a bit each on my nails. The towel I was asked to put my hands on was very dirty. The tools were not sanitised or clean, very poor hygiene, The employees kept talking loudly among themselves being disrespectful to the customer. The manicure has a number of faults. It didn't last an hour, it was a lot less. Not a good experience.

Great pedicure but I didn't appreciate that we booked at the same time (so we could sit and chat together) but one of us had to wait 20 minutes so that I was almost done by that point. Also was quite rudely accused of not paying (when I had tried to)
