The guys were really friendly. However, the nails took a while to finish, and the tips of my nails are missing some gel.

I entered the shop on time to inform the staff I had an appointment. I was sat waiting and had my shellac removal applied. I had 3 nails removed until they stopped the service for over 20 mins whilst serving a walk in appt. I had 3 different people chopping and changing doing my service. Aswell as not clear on what I wanted. Gdpr was not respected. The appt ran over by 35 mins and I missed my train. So shocked and upset to have received this service. I won’t be returning
