I felt my appointment was really rushed in order to accommodate other clients who wanted their appointments moved earlier. My cuticles were ignored and very little hard skin removal took place. The polishing took place beneath a manicure table rather than at the pedicure station and the polish is rather untidy. I have had much better pedicures here before so this was disappointing.
