I booked an appointment and was told the appointment would take no longer then an hour! I was sat waiting for 35 minutes before my nails had even been started! The price with gel infills was £35 never been some where so expensive for such poor service! I was also rudely told I didn’t have an appointment and did not believe me until I showed confirmation. The lady in charged did take over my nails and do them very quickly! Did not even offer hand cream! And nails have already chipped!

Would not repeat it. Clearly, the guy who prepped my nails is an inexperienced teenager. He used too much glue leaving the area surrounding my nails terrible. The person who did the acrylic is clearly fast but the shape and the size of my extension looked poor and unfit for my fingers. I had to file my nails myself after I got home.
