The result is ok but everything is rushed then you wait in between as they take more customers than their capacity. So for a 45 min appntmnt it took 2 hours to actually provide my mani and pedi. whilst it’s rushed + 4 different workers rotate on me!

Very disappointing. Waited 20 minutes for booked treatment to begin with nowhere comfy to sit. Looking around I saw a pile of rusty nail clippers, dusty equipment, brooms, dustpans and cloths thrown on the floor, loose electrical cables. Was not sure that cuticle clippers used on toes had been disinfected. Towels were clean but clearly old and worn. The actual polish on my fingernails bubbled and two days later started to lift. Had to file down rough nails when I got back home. Never again.
