Booked appointment but still had to wait 15 minutes (this happens every time I am not sure they take any notice of appointments) and then trying to do 5 peopleās nails between 2 people all at the same time, I was in there hour and 40 mins! However, always do my nails nicely so I go back but need to commit to doing 1 person at a time :)
