I’ve never had SNS peel off period, nevertheless within days of the manicure. The process steps were rushed and it seemed more like a gel manicure than anything. Save the $$ and time if you’re looking for SNS, you’re just going to have to spend more to go elsewhere and get it done correctly.

The service was rushed. It was supposed to take a full hour accordingly to booking instead it lasted less than 30 minutes in total. All they care is to accept as many clients they can regardless of the people who booked and paid in advance. The result is a service which is very rushed and that does not reflect the cost requested.

I arrived at 11:15 (a bit early) for my appointment and left at 12:50 which is quite a while for just a gel manicure. It seemed like they were overbooked because the employees would do a bit of one person’s nails then go to do someone else’s nails. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt but it seemed really poorly organised which is a shame. This also could be my fault but I booked a manicure for £30 then I was told I just booked for gel nails so I was made to pay £5 extra?
