We actually didn’t have our treatment as we cancelled on arrival, after we were told that the salon prices had increased since my online booking was made and I was expected to pay the additional amount despite the advanced payment based on the prices that were shown on the Treatwell website. I was told by the employees that Treatwell would give me a refund initially. The manager subsequently told me the booking was non refundable. This is appalling customer service- would not recommend.
All the staff were really helpful and clearly experienced. I probably wouldn't go at midday on Saturday again, especially right after payday but despite being busy it was a really good experience!
