Always late… this time round I waited an hour and a half, the nail polish was applied quite imperfectly and I didn’t even get an apology. Not going back.

Professional team, it’s obvious they know what they’re doing, but they were nearly an hour late. I was feeling bad because I was running late so I called them, and ended up waiting 45 more minutes when I arrived 15 minutes late. As a result I had to change my normal manicure to gel, which cost me £24 more (that I hadn’t planned on spending). And they were quite casual about it, not apologetic really. I may or may not return there just because of that. It’s a pity.
