Pedicure was fine and thorough. However, the manicure was not done properly. The surface of my natural nails was filed down with a metal drill bit that's meant for gel nails/polish. I didn't notice the damage to my nails until the nails started to grow. I now have horizontal grooves in all 10 nails, plus they're brittle.

I had made a double appointment for myself and my daughter. We arrived early and they were able to start straight away. My pedicure was carried out without interruption. Ben did my daughters manicure and only left her once to prepare another customer for her treatment
