So when I walked into the nail bar I wasn’t welcomed, they asked me what I was having done I sat down waited 40mins still hadn’t been told anything, an overall bad experience. It was also my birthday that day and wasn’t happy with my experience here didn’t get my nails done in the end and haven’t still received my refund after a few weeks. I contacted the salon but no answer for the refund. Would not recommend this place.
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
The treatment was good but the salon wasn't socially distanced, they made many customers wait over an hour and were trying to treat people simultaneously meaning a manicure took twice as long. Floors, surfaces and tools could do with cleaning.

I am impressed that Vivian tries to make the experience as personal as possible despite the current rules and guidance which she follows to the letter.

Avoid !!! Most important points:
0 professionalism and most importantly, they don't sterilize their equipment (from customer to customer) or the working desks and they don't wear gloves.
Staff goes from customer to customer without gloves and they don't wash their hands before they touch the next customer! For example, I saw them doing pedicures (with no gloves on) and then to go and do a
Manicure to a different customer.
Simply disgusting. Source of infection! Not safe!
Avoid by all means!

Never had gel before. Love it and I totally recommend the salon. Staff are friendly and do a brilliant job!
