Chaotic atmosphere. Therapists jump from client to client in between treatments and leave customers waiting a long time despite prebooking a time slot. Quality of work is good but you need to allow a long tone for the end product.

2 hours later… and I’m still here. Never coming back. They bounced me around between 3 people. I had an appointment, and so why are walk ins more important?

I've had my nails done in many different salons and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The condition my nails were left in was very poor as they are now weak and three broke within days. The therapist spoke little English so despite asking to keep the length long they were filed down short. Won't be coming back here unfortunately despite the cheaper prices.
