Very disappointed, normal have good service, I had a number of different staff do my nails, the quality and finish wasn’t very neat or look natural and professional

The nails overall are nice but the customer service was terrible, I had booked online for 4:30 but didn’t get seen until 5:30. And it said it would be 40 minutes but I was there for just under 4 hours (keep in mind I only got acrylics with regular polish, no design). One of the people cut my skin when shaping making me bleed. Overall was a really bad experience and I would not recommend!

Beyond disappointed! Not only did I have a 1.30pm appointment but didn't leave until 4.15pm but the whole experience was horrible! I wasn't seen until 2.15pm for my pedicure - the guy who did it was obviously new and really hurt my toe when cutting/filing the nail. He then painted the toenails so badly that both big toes were smudged when I got home(!!!!!) The the 'luxury manicure' was rushed and the colour was nothing like I had requested. I will NEVER be going back here and I don't recommend!

I booked an appointment and was told the appointment would take no longer then an hour! I was sat waiting for 35 minutes before my nails had even been started! The price with gel infills was £35 never been some where so expensive for such poor service!
I was also rudely told I didn’t have an appointment and did not believe me until I showed confirmation.
The lady in charged did take over my nails and do them very quickly! Did not even offer hand cream! And nails have already chipped!
