I had booked in advance for something that should have taken 30 minutes and ended up being there for over an hour. About 6 different staff members started on my nails and then went to do something else. The experience felt rushed and uncomfortable.
On top of that my nails were left rough and i had to file them myself when I got home. For £30 I was thoroughly disappointed.

Left my nails in poor quality and the gel started pealing off within days, waste of money!

Left the establishment before treatment due to behaviour of staff. Booked for a girls treat (10 year old and 8 year old manicure). Staff were rude and unhelpful - shouting at each other as well as being abrupt with the children.
