I could not rate my manicure any higher due to the following: the person I had doing my nails was clearly learning (the rest of the team were checking his work) however I wasn’t told this. I was sat very close to the next client even when other spaces available and the man kept going from me back to the other client without washing or sanitising his hands.
I love getting my nails done and get them done regularly however I will not be returning here.

Waited an hour past my booking for my appointment, they really need to sort out their booking system as this isn’t the first time this has happened, really don’t need to spend 2 hours there for a 40min nails appointment. The actual nails are fab but it’s a ridiculous wait
