Actual manicure/nails are great.
Problem is that I booked 2 appointments as we had a lunch reservation. It was approx 50 mins wait before we were seen. Luckily they were very fast once started so not too late.

Very welcoming atmosphere however, there was only 4 nail techs and about 6-7 customers, who kept getting left alone after 10-15 mins of treatment.
I have been sat down and asked to soak my nails in acetone, and for some reason I have been left alone for about 40 minutes, which made my skin on my fingers go extremely dry and bleed.
It took 2.5hrs to get a new set, when the longest it has ever took me was 1hr 40 mins
