I understand that most places are busy now but my service was completely rushed. My nails were not even buffed and cuticles were left dry. The acrylic was done so thinly that two nails broke in a couple days. After waiting almost two hours to have my service done, I was absolutely disappointed

So far, my nails are lovely. Great selection of colours to choose from and I am happy with the outcome. I haven’t given all top marks for two reasons. Firstly, there were plenty of empty seats and I was seated very close to another customer. In hindsight I should have asked for a more distanced seat. Secondly, the member of staff spent a huge majority of the appointment talking to his colleague. I don’t need constant interaction but I felt the customer service could have been better.
