So far, my nails are lovely. Great selection of colours to choose from and I am happy with the outcome. I haven’t given all top marks for two reasons. Firstly, there were plenty of empty seats and I was seated very close to another customer. In hindsight I should have asked for a more distanced seat. Secondly, the member of staff spent a huge majority of the appointment talking to his colleague. I don’t need constant interaction but I felt the customer service could have been better.

Always happy with my experience at Elegant, the team are really lovely and efficient fitting everyone in. I came with some friends and we were seated together to chat while getting nails done and everyone had a lovely time.
