AWFUL. Do not go here. They kept me waiting for 30min and then did a laughably awful job. I would be embarrassed to have done this myself and can't believe I paid money for this horrible result.

The staff are lovely and extremely hard working. They were very busy when I arrived, and despite booking, I had a wait a long time for my treatment to start and again had to wait between each stage whilst they dealt with other clients. It took 2 hours for a mani/pedi with simple polish. The manicure wasn’t the best and my polish chipped the same day. Whilst I was there, other clients complained about the delays and one even left before finishing her nails.

Rude staff - the person who owns it was really disrespectful and shouting across the room, very unrelaxing - wouldn’t recommend
