I turned up for my appointment if booked weeks in advance to be told they had no space. I was so upset I ended up not attending the event and wasting a 150 pound ticket. I'd travelled to London especially for the event from Liverpool. No explanation was offered would not recommend.

Efficient service, the massage was OK but booking experience was chaos and it isn't helping that everyone's English is very bad.
