the massage was good however the therapist left the room twice to talk to other members of staff. Very noisy no relaxing music so not the best experience

So painful. I was in agony until I got home and properly washed my face. The therapist didn’t wash her hands before touching my eyes. After washing my eyes there was no redness or soreness though. Such a shame because the therapist was lovely
