So painful. I was in agony until I got home and properly washed my face. The therapist didn’t wash her hands before touching my eyes. After washing my eyes there was no redness or soreness though. Such a shame because the therapist was lovely

Really terrible experience. Never again !!!! I wouldn’t recommend getting this or any other treatment in this place. Worst experience ever ! And the place was pretty dirty

Horrendous

Booking for 18:15 (pre-paid) told to come back in 30 min. An h later still not in. One nail took 2 h to repair, the nail polish was dry. I offered a nail polish from my bag. I was very late for a dinner, had to literally ask to paint the nails myself, with my nail polish and in the end paid £15 extra. Today the nail is off.
