It was a bit boring - if a facial can be boring? It certainly wasn’t a Non- surgical facelift (which I hadn’t asked for anyway). Having to pay at venue meant I wasnt sure what facial I was paying for - they called me to ask & then asked again when I got there saying that the facial was Harvey Nichols ‘own’ in combination with Elemis. Seemed a bit ‘over described’ for what it was & £5 more than advertised on TW. It seems that if you pay at the venue rather than through TW its a bit open ended?

Very friendly staff, treatment room clean tidy and relaxing, the consultant knew exactly what she was doing, I will return and definitely would recommend it.
