Dry nice treatment overall, didn't get offered a glass of water at the end thou . The therapist didn't explain what she was doing but I have had facials before so it didn't matter but it may matter to other clients . Also I had a lot of make up,on and I think I needed a second cleanse , some make up did remain . I will be booking to go again .

I came out from my Elemis facial treatment at Debenhams feeling glowing and rejuvenated. This is the experience I have had each time I have had a facial with Emma at the Elemis treatment rooms in Debenhams. I go in weary from crowds , choices, decisions and emerge calm, centred and feeling good about myself. My energy is renewed, my spirits lifted and I am ready to carry on with life with enthusiasm and zest. On 28th September I was given a biotech facial by Emma Adams which gave a deep clean and micro abrasion, and included light and oxygen. My skin was very noticeably different. It glowed. I was ready to smile, and continue my shopping trip with happy anticipation. I love the way this short interlude is so transforming. Emma's expert knowledge of her products and treatments, her skilful touch , her full attention and care allowed me to relax completely. The Elemis products are wonderful. Thank you.

It is rather uncomfortable that there is a GREEN light shining on the eyes while lying on chair. Room is too warm, the atmosphere would be more comfortable if there is air conditioning in room!
