I have been having regular facials with Emma since 2015. Emma is very personable, kind and thorough in her work. She has always provided detailed information enabling me to make an informed choice and putting me at ease, knowing that I was in the hands of such a skilled and experienced professional. Over the past 3 years, Emma has been instrumental in improving my skin care regime and has remarkably influenced my skin care purchases. She makes a great Elemis Ambassador and I have enjoyed the wide variety of products she has recommended to me over the years, many of which have become staples. The facials are excellent and I always leave feeling pampered with brighter and fresher looking skin.

Experienced a wonderfully relaxing biotec facial at Debenhams. As always the team there were very welcoming and keen to ensure I received the best treatment, that my skin needed. My skin felt, fabulous afterwards, but then it always does with Elemis !
