Thank you Tara at Elemis Oxford Street. One facial and already my skin is looking healthier. Tara was so professional and the little spapod felt like I was in a real spa, not in the middle of a busy department store! I am so looking forward to my next treatment!
My therapist Fafa was wonderful. She made me feel at ease and spent extra time ensuring that I got all the treatments and information needed for my skin. She is professional, friendly and kind. Five stars plus for her - can't say anything but nice things. Thank you Fafa!
However, her colleague with short blonde hair ruined the overall experience by being rude to my friend who had also just got a facial. The therapist refused to look at her after she requested a sample to try at home from her therapist, and instead turned and kept her back to us shaking her head. Is this really a person suitable for the public and shop floor? She made my friend feel like an idiot and I felt the same for bigging up Elemis and making her come with me. It's honestly turned me off going back to Elemis again as I don't want the same awkwardness to happen to another loved one.
Silly decision from an Elemis therapist, my friend wanted to spend hundreds on product once she got paid, but is now going to Kiehls. Moral of the story - you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Hope the lady reads this and realises how many (potentially tens of thousands) of pounds of revenue she's lost for Elemis due to her poor manner and lack of basic human interaction!
I used to work in retail too, it's hard and tiring but smiling and being nice to customers gets you a long way :)

Fafa is, not only helpful and polite, a very experienced beautician.
The facial was relaxing and invigorating and, Fafa is knowledgeable about the products giving very helpful personalised beauty tips.
Easy to fit 30 minute facial into my lunch break. The pro-collagen facial worked wonders. Staff were very attentive and I didn't feel at all rushed. Great value for money. I will be returning.
