Elena is a qualified beautician whose professionalism and vast knowledge and experience stand out instantly at the very first booking. She works with extreme care and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly rate all the services she offers, from waxing to facial treatments to dyed eyebrows and eyelashes. She is welcoming, thorough and has excellent attention to detail. Hot wax is chosen carefully to reduce pain levels. I'm definitely going back. 10/10

Elena is incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable right from the start. She is a professional with lots of experience & was able to make the process as painless as possible. The space is lovely, peaceful, and clean. I highly recommend it!
