Had a 1 hour massage with Stephen which was amazing. Also had access to the facilities for the day. The pool and Jacuzzi was nice but the Saudi was really small and got very busy. The shower I used was very dirty. The toilets were very clean.

Stephen identified and concentrated well on the areas requiring attention particularly the shoulders. He was very encouraging and showed me some stretching exercises to help ease tension in my shoulders. Massage very firm and relaxing. I do feel sore for couple of days afterwards but that's all part of the effects of this treatment. Very pleased.
