Elena is an excellent therapist who has looked after me for 7 yrs. She also understands physiology, which lends her to treating me very well as I suffer from chronic pain. Having massages help relieve the muscle tensions in my otherwise knotted body, which she stretches whilst massaging. She is very helpful with providing tips to stretch and release tension when I’m not having a session.
