Elena is absolutely incredible! I've been suffering with extremely painful frozen shoulder. Saw a physio but given lockdown sessions were quite far apart resulting in limited success. A friend recommended Elena & with only 4 sessions she massively improved the range of arm movement, even my physio was shocked at the incredible improvement since our last appointment 5wks ago. I cannot thank her enough, she is exceptional, really patient and attentive! Cannot recommend her enough!
Brilliant service! Elena went above and beyond to help determine what was causing my pains. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. The massage was perfect & I felt instantly better!
