I had a colonic with Elena today. It was an amazing experience and she understood that for me it was not only a psychical experience but also a spiritual and psychological release. It was pain free and I was talking, laughing or dozing off in between fills. Elena talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I felt so light and happy afterwards. She then gave me a detox tea and I was left to wait until I felt ready to leave the clinic. 5 star experience!
