The Wellbeing Therapy Rooms are on the bottom floor near the lesiure centre and is clearly sign posted.
There is a sofa for you to wait for the therapist, and is located in a small corridor.
The colonic is carried out by Elena, who is kind and clear in what will happen.
The actual equiptment is disposable and they use a closed system so there is little embrassment.
I am going to book again!
