Elena was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also extremely good at what she does. Elena was so helpful and talked me through everything she was doing during the treatment and also, why, which I found both really useful and comforting. Elena's friendly and positive nature had me feeling at total ease throughout the treatment I had for neck, back and shoulders and I left feeling confident, relaxed and happy. I will definitely be going back again!

Elena explained in detail about my shoulder and arm stiffness. The exercises recommended by Elena really helped me a lot as it reduced the stiffness in my shoulder muscles. The massage was relaxing and I felt quite better after the treatment. Highly recommend Elena for back and shoulder massage.
