Reflexology
Had a colonic hydrotherapy, it's a little embarrassing but Elena was very professional and talked me through the whole process. She made the experience a very pleasant one and the aftercare was amazing!
I didn't catch the name of the masseuse (it was a lady with an eastern European accent) but what impressed me the most was her dedication to the job.
I've recently had a severe back injury and was getting a massage to loosen up my whole back. At the end of the session she stayed around 15 minutes longer (I was the last client of the day) to run me through a few stretches and talk to me about recovery. Very impressive. I will definitely visit again.

Again, brilliant service from Wellbeing. Zenny was amazing, I had the one hour Thai massage.. Felt good as new. I'll be back 😀
Never had a massage before but this was in my view just what I expected. Elena was knowledgeable and we discussed exercises I should do to deal with the shoulder issues I have.
