It was such a relaxing massage - I came out feeling less tense and could tell the difference immediately. Stephen worked on the most tense areas without me having to tell him - he knew exactly what needed work. He gave a good few tips after to ensure my muscles didn’t become as tense as they were. Excellent massage!

Very professionally run venue: clean and private. Elena is so knowledgeable. I've already booked my next session! I've visited other Hydrotherapy venues in Greater London and this is by far the best. Felt fantastic after my treatment. Highly recommend.

The therapist was great. He asked in advance which areas to focus on and applied the right amount of pressure working areas of tension without causing pain or discomfort. The room was nice and relaxing and I'll definitely go back again.
