Really good anti stress massage would highly recommend and would attend again. Elena was very warm and welcoming and asked in advance about my preference for the massage whether I preferred a more firmer or softer touch massage and any areas of concern. Elena appeared to very experienced and was able to locate the areas of tension in my back.

I really enjoyed my massage treatment with Stephen and will definitely go again!
It is evident that he is very skilled and trained in various forms of therapy and he was keen to find a great tailored solution to my specific needs rather than perform a box standard 60 mins full body massage. It was very grounding but at the same time reviving (I had a head, shoulder, neck and back massage + reflexology) and I left feeling light and re-energised!

Very through pregnancy massage the therapist addressed all my aches and pains not very relaxing but it eased the previous pain
