The staff were lovely and the treatment was great. The venue could do with some redecoration and care but it was clean.

Sports Massage
Helena was a brilliant therapist, I've been for many massages and she is definately one of the best. She was very welcoming and gave me lots of advice, I will be going back to her!
The only slight negative is the location of the therapy room, you can hear some traffic from outside but I still managed to fall asleep during my head massage!
