Extremely professional service by Donna, if I had a general comment to make it would be that the noise outside of the therapy room was sometimes distracting. Whilst it didn't spoil my experience I was aware of the other therapist moving around outside so couldn't totally lose myself.
Had an amazing massage, and felt really relaxed afterward. It was a nice touch that Elena had notes on my previous massage from a few months ago. She recommended various exercises and stretches for my tense muscles. Will definitely book a massage there soon.
I felt the room was quite small and didn't really have a relaxation ambience. The therapist was quite nice but I felt the room was very poor for the location. Definitely not a spa feel to this venue so if that's what ur looking for this is not for you!
