Was my first time getting reflexology and it was a good experience. Stephen was informative and friendly. Would defo go again and recommend to others!

the massage it self was great however the other facilities is within a leisure centre which was uncomfortable at times

I love my treatments here, I have been several times. All the therapists are very helpful and well trained. I will definitely be going back. I've had hot stone massages at least 5 times. This time I had a Swedish Massage, which was lovely and relaxing but also effective and got all my knots out.

Elena was very knowledgeable and suggested other things that would help, such as diet and self massage. Very good experience
