Sports Massage
Helena was a brilliant therapist, I've been for many massages and she is definately one of the best. She was very welcoming and gave me lots of advice, I will be going back to her!
The only slight negative is the location of the therapy room, you can hear some traffic from outside but I still managed to fall asleep during my head massage!

Amazing treatment from Helena. She got rid of a lot of knots and tension. Mostly pain but all for a good cause as I have bad neck and back pains. Would defo book again!
Deep Tissue Massage
Again nice session by Elena. Different technique from my usual massage, well explained. the parts treated get warm and hot later. This must be done regularly. will try again. Thanjp
