Had reflexology treatment which was so relaxing that I kept drifting asleep. However this was stopped many times as other staff and continuous banging of doors took me out of relaxation. Other than that was good.

Elena is a gentle spirit who is VERY knowledgable about all aspects of wellbeing. Her approach always puts you at ease, i especially needed this when I had a colonic treatment. Initially I was terror-stricken , but wanted to it try as I had heard positive reviews. Elena put my mind at ease and was very professional the entire time. Regardless of what the treatment entailed there were no awkward moments. After the treatment I felt less bloated, my stomach felt flatter and i felt i could think more clearly. I also had a restful sleep. The days following I have had no negative reaction, it has caused me to more mindful as to what I eat... N.B the cider vinegar takes a little getting used to but it is worth it.
