I had been once before and had such a great massage that I had no hesitation in going back. Once again I had a great massage and both times I was shown exercises I could do at home to help ease the stiffness in my back, neck and shoulders. Both therapists were really knowledgeable and you get the sense that they really care about their clients well-being. This is a service I would definitely recommend
